This community is for people who want to create a garden that empowers them emotionally and inspires them creatively. When you understand the pillars of gardening, you can grow a garden anywhere, giving you confidence to grow in all areas of life.
When you have a garden, you have endless inspiration.
A garden will offer you constant inspiration, something that calls you outside, even in the pouring rain. When you have a garden, you grow confidence, your imagination expands, and your connection to the natural rhythms of life begin to ground you in the present moment. But your garden shouldn't take over your life, it should be part of your life. I will teach you how to design a garden around your lifestyle so it meets you in the season of life you're in today.
Course Outline
8 weeks of live Zoom classes every Tuesday from 12-2:00 (mtn) starting Mid February. All classes are recorded. Printed workbook included. Video demonstrations. Volunteer opportunities.
Classes begin February 10, 2026.
Module 1
Getting Clear
In this module you will learn how to get clear on what type of garden is best for you and how to realistically make strides to your larger gardening vision.
Module 2
Garden Planning
In this module, you will learn where to best plant your garden, how to design it from the beginning to be efficient from placement to irrigation.
Module 3
Building Your Garden
In this module, you will learn how to build your garden from amending soil, planting plants, watering, and caring for until its ready to harvest.
Module 4
Keep Your Garden Healthy
In this module, you will learn how to keep your garden healthy by understanding pest and weeds management so your plants can thrive.
Module 5
Perennials & Annual Flowers
In this module, you will learn strategies on how to grow perennials and annuals in your garden to get the longest season of flowers.
Module 6
Woodies & Grasses
In this module, you will learn how woodies and grasses can transform your landscape while providing foliages for design and habitat for insects and pollinators.
Module 7
Bulbs, Tubers, and Rhizomes
In this module, you will learn how to source, grow, and divide various bulbs, tubers, and rhizomes to grow your garden exponentially.
Module 8
Designing with Flowers
In this module, you will learn floral design principles from stage of harvest to post harvest care, hydrating, flower mechanics, composition and color.
