Flowers are our specialty, and the principles we’ll cover carry over to herbs, vegetables, and fruit too. Each month we’ll dig into a new topic together and grow our gardens side by side. I’ll show you exactly what we’re doing on the farm in real time, so your garden gets easier to care for and more beautiful every season.

Whether you’re planting your first bulb or your hundredth, there’s always something new to learn.

 

Botanical Body Care

 

A flower garden offers so much more than beauty. Roses, lavender, calendula, and so many of the blooms you grow have been used in skin care for centuries, and you can learn to make these products yourself, right at home.

I’ll teach you the same techniques I use for the SHEGROWS line of body oils, salves, and aromatherapy: how to infuse rose petals into oil, blend essential oils into salt scrubs, whip up body butters, and more.

My hope is that you’ll come to know your plants not just by how they look, but by everything they can offer.

Bring the garden indoors and let your home change with the seasons. I’ll show you how your harvest can nourish every corner of your life: arranging what you grow into beautiful bouquets and garlands, cooking simple recipes that celebrate what’s fresh, preserving the harvest by drying, infusing, and putting up flowers and herbs to enjoy all year, and creating small home rituals that mark the turning year and bring your family together.
